Sanctuary Studio Policies

Many Sanctuary Studios pieces are custom-made or personalized. Please review all submitted text, spelling, design details, and uploaded files carefully before completing your order. All custom work is created exactly as provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of custom work, minor variations in design, finish, grain, resin flow, or layout are part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Custom orders are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation prior to shipping. Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume or customization complexity.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom and handcrafted nature of the work.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition and box. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact Sanctuary Studios/Luxe Timber Designs within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required so the issue can be properly addressed.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Our work incorporates natural materials such as wood, resin, sand, and shells. Variations in grain, color, texture, and finish are normal and expected. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Unless otherwise noted, our pieces are intended for indoor display. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, heat, or extreme temperature changes. Proper care will help preserve the appearance and longevity of your piece.
