Shipping & Processing

Most items from Sanctuary Studios / Luxe Timber Designs are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before your order ships. Processing times may vary slightly depending on customization complexity or current order volume.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. If a rush order is needed, please reach out and ask via the Contact Us form. I can't always guarantee, but if possible, I will do my best to accommodate the request. 

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers once production is complete. Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order leaves the studio. Sanctuary Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sanctuary Studios / Luxe Timber Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If your order is a gift, you’re welcome to include a note during checkout. Pricing information is never included in shipped orders.
